The LAZY tech came and looked the part and said it doesn't belong in this type of refrigerator but yet two days before another tech from a different company took out the exact part and I saw it with my own eyes. I didn't bother to tell him that the part DOES belong in refrig,after all would you want him to work on yours without knowing where a part goes or even belongs on it. easy part to install two screws and plug and play. Maybe he just scam to get paid for service without doing the work. Tried to take part, maybe to sell on ebay. so Electrolux pays them for service call and no work done and gets money to sell part. NEVER GO WITH ELECTROLUX or GENERAL KEYSTONE AGAIN more

Unprofessional Deadbeats 4/8/2010

Very, very unprofessional. The receptionist was rude when I was making the appointment, that should have been my first clue. Then we agreed on a date that the technician would come out and they never called to confirm the enormous window of time they provided. Finally, on the day he was supposed to come in, he calls in sick and they ask me to provide them with another date. Are you serious? I've gone almost 2 weeks with no washing machine and you don't even have a back up technician or any other person who can at least provide a diagnostic AND you want to reschedule so I can go even longer with a broken washing machine. don't walk....run away from this bogus company 8/10/2009

I have a fridge that is still under manufacturer's warranty. Fridge stopped cooling and Electrolux scheduled a service with general keystone. First technician came in, took a look and said fridge is not repairable and they would work to get me a replacement. When I called electrolux directly I was informed that according to keystone they fixed the issue WTF??????? Second technician came in, took a look said its a FREON leak and he would inform his service manager that it is not repairable. Again when I called electrolux they didn't get a service invoice back from this company. After 3 days of constant calling, Keystone said that would send someone to get the FREON refilled. It has been 2 weeks and I'm living without a fridge. Pros: They send someone in fairly quick Cons: A long list (see the detailed review) more
