Very, very unprofessional. The receptionist was rude when I was making the appointment, that should have been my first clue. Then we agreed on a date that the technician would come out and they never called to confirm the enormous window of time they provided. Finally, on the day he was supposed to come in, he calls in sick and they ask me to provide them with another date. Are you serious? I've gone almost 2 weeks with no washing machine and you don't even have a back up technician or any other person who can at least provide a diagnostic AND you want to reschedule so I can go even longer with a broken washing machine. Unbelievable!
