I have a fridge that is still under manufacturer's warranty. Fridge stopped cooling and Electrolux scheduled a service with general keystone.
First technician came in, took a look and said fridge is not repairable and they would work to get me a replacement. When I called electrolux directly I was informed that according to keystone they fixed the issue WTF???????
Second technician came in, took a look said its a FREON leak and he would inform his service manager that it is not repairable. Again when I called electrolux they didn't get a service invoice back from this company. After 3 days of constant calling, Keystone said that would send someone to get the FREON refilled. It has been 2 weeks and I'm living without a fridge.
Pros: They send someone in fairly quick
