The LAZY tech came and looked the part and said it doesn't belong in this type of refrigerator but yet two days before another tech from a different company took out the exact part and I saw it with my own eyes. I didn't bother to tell him that the part DOES belong in refrig,after all would you want him to work on yours without knowing where a part goes or even belongs on it. easy part to install two screws and plug and play. Maybe he just scam to get paid for service without doing the work. Tried to take part, maybe to sell on ebay. so Electrolux pays them for service call and no work done and gets money to sell part. NEVER GO WITH ELECTROLUX or GENERAL KEYSTONE AGAIN
