Honest and Reliable 8/15/2012

We hired Gene Johnson for a major green remodel where we remodeled our house from foundation to 3 stories up. The job included adding rough and finished plumbing for 2 bathrooms, a laundry area, kitchen, and wet bar. We selected Gene Johnson after getting 5 bids from others. Gene Johnson's bid and final cost were in the middle of the what the others were. The work was completed on time and with high quality. We did sign up for their discount membership but canceled after a year because we just didn't have any more plumbing needs or anticipate having them in the near future. Overall good experience and we would recommend Gene Johnson. more

Hard job done right 8/14/2012

Gene Johnson Plumbing did the plumbing for our new embalming room. Lot's of complicated plumbing, as you can imagine but everything works great. I would definitely use them with any plumbing issue. more

Great company to work with 8/14/2012

I had Gene Johnson Plumbing over to repipe my house. I called other companies to get some bids and went with Gene Johnson Plumbing because of the estimator Dennis. He was great at answering all my questions and going over the whole job with me. The two plumbers that came and did the job where both conscientious and cleaned up every day before leaving. Highly Recommended - Top Notch! 8/3/2012

My wife and I were in the middle of a kitchen remodel and we got stuck trying to install an ikea sink on our own. The double drain and pipes just did NOT fit. Woody from Gene Johnson Plumbing came out to our house within an hour and finished the job quickly. I was highly impressed with Woody, friendly and efficient, and it suprisingly easy to schedule an appointment. Top notch! more

I appriated the professional work of Woody and Manu. They were conscientious and worked competantly to the the re-plumbing on my 62 year old house. They are a credit to Gene Johnson Plumbing. Also, the receptionist was courteous and nice. more

it's hard to find a good plumber and I've yet to find one in Seattle. Used them on a remodel. Pros: They clean up well, overall job went well, responsive to follow up. Cons: pricey and did have a toilet end up leaking which was under 1 year warranty and they came out and fixed. more

Hired them for a $11K remodel job. Found out later they were overpriced by about 1k. They do have good service and did a good job overall. There were a few items their plumbers screwed up but when calling back they were very responsive and resolved it quickly. more

greatly satisfied with the quality of service 10/21/2010

Gene Johnson Plumbing service is very reasonable and up to the mark. These guys installed solar water heater at my residence last week. I called their office on the recommendation of my uncle. These guys worked with great dedication and commitment. During the project they kept me informed about their working and answered all my questions with patience. Happy with them 10/21/2010

Out of many plumbing services in the area, I found Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating simply the best. This is because of my very pleasant experience with them. I had them to replace faucets and shower in my wash rooms. They were very nice in their attitude. They inspected these items and suggested me to get them repaired instead of having new ones. This was really nice to know as companies normally create business from their customers. But, Gene Johnson Plumbing and Heating rectified the problems by doing some repair work. Due to this I had to pay them very little price. I am really happy to have such service here that cares their customers very well. more

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes 10/21/2010

It was a little hard to get in touch with this company initially, but overall I was happy with their work once I hired them. Gerry is very caring and personable, and truly seems to want to make his customers happy. I had to have them come back for a second time, which they did right away, because I had a persistent yet subtle leak. Of course I would've liked for them to fix it completely the first time, but in the end everything was fixed in the same day, so that's okay. Both plumbers that came were professional, polite, and patiently answered my questions. It is hard to find a good plumber, and I would probably call them again. more

They did an amazing job. They replaced a leaking pipe and moved a radiator that another plumber had installed. They responded immediately... they were very professional and courteous and the price was excellent. I would hire them again for any plumbing needs. more
