Great service as usual, had a problem and they worked me right in and fixed the problem. Always the best service every time.

Worst

Had my vehicle in for service two times for the same issue. Issue was still not fully resolved.

Best service, knowledge & equipment 2/21/2015

I had just had a new battery installed by AAA after being stranded in the cold, and there was a discrepancy with the drain reading. I called Bob and he immediately know that they had messed up the test and told me to bring the car in. gateway had the knowledge and right equipment to do a thorough test and found that the AAA tech had indeed messed up...the drain was 0.03 mA versus the 2.8A that AAA had reported. Thanks Bob and Dan...it's great to have experts just a phone call away! more

New Battery - fast service 12/9/2014

When you need help with your car, even if it is just a dead battery, you need help now not later. Gateway is always busy but they some how manage to make you feel as if you are their only customer. My battery was dead and I need it replaced. I buy from Gateway because they keep track of the batteries warranty and make sure that I get all the credit available for a replacement battery. Thanks again for the great service... I will be back and when I return my car will be over the 200,000 mile mark and still running strong thanks to Gateway Auto Clinic. Doug F. more
