Great service as usual, had a problem and they worked me right in and fixed the problem. Always the best service every time.

Worst

Had my vehicle in for service two times for the same issue. Issue was still not fully resolved.

Gateway Auto Clinic is by far the most pleasant Auto Mechanic group I have ever worked with! I so appreciate/respect/have faith in the work they do! I have said and will continue to say this garage is a female's best friend!! more

Truck Repairs 12/24/2015

My truck's driving gear wouldn't engage properly. Had to always remember to use emergency brake when parked because the gear wasn't reliable and could end up being in neutral. Gateway fixed the problem quickly and it was inexpensive too. Had several other repairs done, or estimated so I can return later to get fixed. more

Just an oil change 7/4/2015

Scheduled an appointment in advance for oil change while I waited. Job was done quickly and I enjoyed chatting with Dan while I waited. Always a pleasure to do business with! more

Fast, friendly, personalized service 6/27/2015

When I walk in the door they address me by name. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but was advised to drop my car off and they would try to get to it at their earliest convenience. I dropped it off and an hour later got a call saying it was ready to be picked up. My family has been taking our cars to Bob and Dan for many years and have never seen poor service. Highly recommended. more

You always give me quick great service! 6/25/2015

I'm so grateful to you, Bob and Dan. I've had go to Cincinnati twice this week for a "root canal" at the dentist. Not fun at all. And knowing you fixed my car (both the air and shocks) had made the trips less stressful for me. Again, many thanks to you! Minnie more

Quick & Friendly Service 6/4/2015

I needed a new starter for my old Honda Accord. Gateway made an appointment for the next day even though they were busy and got the car fixed within hours. While I don't like spending money to fix an old car, Bob & Dan are always so friendly, it is a joy to get my car serviced there. more
