Great service as usual, had a problem and they worked me right in and fixed the problem. Always the best service every time.

Worst

Had my vehicle in for service two times for the same issue. Issue was still not fully resolved.

I find the service at Gateway to be utterly trustworthy, professional and fantastic. Have never been disappointed or felt taken advantage of, and as a female that's high praise for any set of mechanics! They are helpful, explain their service, answer questions, and do a great job! more

Wonderful as always! 11/12/2013

After my car died unexpectedly, Gateway was able to fix it the next day without an appointment! Also, when I asked them to look at my muffler, they said that i didn't need to replace it. That is why I love this place, they are honest and don't do unnecessary work just to make money!! I trust them completely! more

BEST SHOP IN DAYTON 11/7/2013

We are very fortunate to have found many years ago Gateway Auto Clinic. Many times during routine scheduled maintenance, they have found minor problems and got them fixed before they turned into major problems. Their warranty on all parts and labor is the BEST IN DAYTON. Their technicians are real professionals and get education on the latest trends and diagnostics which keeps this shop ahead of their competition. Their estimates are always very accurate since they now send out forms the day before your appointment. What a great idea and one of the few shops in the area to use AutoShop Forms service. The forms allow me to tell them exactly what i want them to do along with items that need to be checked out. When i drop my vehicle off, the estimate is ready with ALL the things I want done. They continue to lead the area in state of the art both repair and customer service. GATEWAY CONTINUES TO BE THE BEST AND MOST FAIR SHOP IN DAYTON. more

The battery wouldn't hold a charge and a man at O'Reilly's sent us to us and said you had the best electronic man in town, He found the problem and kept me posted on his progress. more
