Great service as usual, had a problem and they worked me right in and fixed the problem. Always the best service every time.

Worst

Had my vehicle in for service two times for the same issue. Issue was still not fully resolved.

Get ready to pay way to much 4/2/2016

These guys charged me double what this job should cost. I compared rates for the exact same job on the exact vehicle. When I asked why they charge so much the answer was "we need to charge that much to stay in business. These guys are a rip off. If you want to save a buck take your vehicle somewhere else. more

Gateway allerts me to my car's needs. 3/24/2016

Gateway advised me that my tires were in need of replacement soon at my last oil change. They were right. I just had them replace all four tires and most certainly notice a smoother ride. Thanks for watching out for me, Gateway. more

Chased down a problem for me but now... 2/4/2016

The heater-A/C controls in my old Honda stopped working--I hoped it was a wiring short. Gateway confirmed all external power connections and advised that that the fault is internal to the control unit. They gave me a quote for a new unit with installation. Now I'm mulling over how much more money I am willing to spend on this old car. Always a pleasure to do business with and I know that I can trust them to give me a fair deal and fix anything...if I want to get it fixed! more
