The full experience 7/1/2011

G Micheal Salon is the full experience. From first impression, the building is extremely fun and quirky and the salon is cozy and chic! The staff is extremely warm, welcoming and complementary while being very professional. The shoulder and hand massage are icing on the cake. Not to mention, you can schedule your appointment online! Sam did a wonderful job of analyzing my hair needs and like a doctor would, prescribed the perfect remedies. Most importantly, my hair looked beautiful and the staff made me feel like a million bucks. I held my great head of hair a little higher that day! more

Review for G Michael Salon 6/28/2011

I called G Michael Salon one Friday afternoon in late April (I know, the review is very late - just a very busy schedule), as I had been having problems finding a good stylist. They were able to get me in quickly (within 2 hours of me calling), which was fabulous since I had not had my hair cut since June 2010. It was a horribly rainy day, and when I got to the parking lot Quynhmy, my stylist, was waiting for me with an umbrella. We went upstairs, and everyone was very welcoming and warm. After receiving a nice scalp massage with the shampoo, I got a mini hand massage which was perfect for relaxation. I told Quynhmy what I was visualizing with my hair, asked her advice, and then I just let her do what she thought would be best for my hair. A little while later, I left with a fabulous hair cut that perfectly suited my face and hair texture. I've never been more happy after visiting a salon for the first time. Quynhmy also introduced me to a new shampoo line, J Beverly Hills, which smells fantastic and works so well, adding volume to my fine hair. Can't wait to go back soon to get my hair cut! more

More than just a hair cut! 6/26/2011

I love my new hair cut! Greg took the time to figure out what look would work best for me, and then taught me how to achieve this look on my own. Usually, the advice I'm giving sounds great, but I'm unable to achieve the same look at home, but Greg was spot on in his advice! I purchased some of the J Beverly Hills products and love how healthy and smooth my hair looks! Also, the shoulder and hand massage were such a relaxing touch! If you're debating about calling this salon, pick up your phone and call now and enjoy your new look! more

Shiny healthy hair! 6/22/2011

I was very pleased with my hair. Sam is so sweet & really took the time to listen & came up with the perfect hair color for me. She was helpful in showing me how to style it & I loved the new products. It was refreshing to go to a salon where the people really care. The products that are used the G Michael Salon are so gentle on your hair. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a new stylist. more

Quynhmy truly cares about what you want out of your hair style. She takes the time to get to know you and most importantly she takes the time to listen. When you walk into G Michael Salon, you are walking into a relaxed atmosphere and greeted with smiling faces. G Michael Salon is the place to go and Quynhmy is the stylist to see! Detailed and personalized 5/12/2011

Considering all of my cowlicks and hat hair, Quynhmy did such an incredible job. I did not expect such a great cut because when I was over in Iraq, the guys over there perfected the haircuts. It has been one long journey in finding a hair stylist back here in Indiana that listens and can perfect the impossible. It's nice to find someone as detailed as her and she's extremely nice also. I would recommend G Michael salon and Quynhmy to everyone. I've never felt so good about myself, it's amazing how a hairstylist can make you feel so good just by a simple cut and/or color. Not only did I received a great cut but had a great person to talk to for an hour. Thank you for your hospitality, see you in 4 weeks! more

Sam Rocks!! 5/4/2011

My girl Sam hooked me up! As I was bit hesitant to chop my hair off I knew I could count on Sam! She was very helpful! She was also confident that she could do exactly what I wanted, and might I add, she did just that! Sam even gave me a tutorial, yah girl, your great! My hair is B-e-a-utiful! G Michael has the best staff of any salon I've been to in the Indy area. They were all friendly and passionate about what they do! I had a great time there and I will be back! I LOVE MY HIGHLIGHTS!!!! 5/1/2011

I've finally found a hair ""artist"" that really knows how to make my hair beautiful. Greg did a wonderful job on my hightlights...I was nervous to get it done...but I'm so happy I did. They look totally natural...it was just the change I was hoping for and never thought could be acheived. The cut I received was also GREAT. Greg really takes his time to give you a perfect cut. I felt confident that I would walk away with a cut I loved. The staff is so friendly and the atmophere so cool... I feel totally welcomed and at ease every time I visit. Thank You! more

AMAZINGGGGGGGGG JOB! THANKS SAM! 4/26/2011

First of all, I was going into G Michael not knowing what I really wanted to do with my hair at all. I know I wanted a redish color. Sam (who is VERY helpful and stylish) helped me pick out this rockin' red color and i couldn't be any more happy with it! The products that she used on my hair made my hair super shiny and silky! BEST MY HAIR HAS EVER LOOKED! :) Sam also cut my hair. My bangs look awesome by the way. They're the perfect length! I'm definitely coming back! Everyone working there was VERY nice and it was a GREAT experience! I recommend G Michael Salon to everyone!!! more

What an experience!! 4/21/2011

So I came in for a cut and blow-dry and who would of known what an amazing, artistic place I would see! The salon was BEAUTIFUL and the experience was amazing as well. Quynhmy had the most gentle but yet reassuring touch with the whole service. I felt so relaxed after the mini scalp massage, shampoo and blow-dry. It was quite an experience. She pampered me when I first walk through the door to the very end of the service. I felt beautiful when I walked out of the salon because of my new hair cut and style, she gave me the cutest bangs that complemented my face. She is a very talented young lady and will go far in this business, make an appointment with her before she fills up!! Thank you G Michael salon!! more
