I am hooked! 11/8/2011

Yesterday I got my hair foiled by Lauren Korschot and I have never been happier with my hair... I have been to every known hair salon in Indy and have had my hair done by the best of the best....Now I found the best and most fun loving hair stylist ever... She used the most innovative techniques and products to date and her choice of color hues made my face bright up even more... I have only had my new hair color for a day and everyone is stopping me! Besides Lauren giving me what I wanted the salon was the most inviting salon. Greg and Joe the owners were the nicest people and the rest of the staff were very friendly....and Whomever did the interior decorating.....two thumbs up.....The salon was HOT! HOT! HOT! Thanks Lauren and g michael salon....I will be in touch to book my next appointment with Lauren asap! more

Indianapolis's best hair salon! 11/7/2011

Today I went to this salon and got my hair cut by Lauren K...and I loved it! She used the 'control' products and made my hair so soft and curly. The product line is amazing! It's organic and natural, and Lauren informs me everything that goes into my hair. The products made my hair soft, bouncy, and unfrizzy... a very hard task for my hair type. She did my hair exactly how I told her too as well. Everyone in the salon is super friendly and inviting. The messages are so calming and comforting, as well. I will definitely start coming to this salon from now on. I know that what I want on my hair, is what I will get! Thanks to everyone that works at G Michael salon! more

Best Salon Experience I Have Had 11/7/2011

I just got the most fabulous haircut from Lauren at G Michael Salon. She listened to what I wanted and delivered from start to finish. Greg was wonderful in offering his expertise and opinion when needed and I walked out feeling like it was truly a cut that was fit for me and my personality. The entire staff was professional yet warm and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and each other and that in turn is reflected in their work. Thanks to Lauren, Greg, Joe, and Sam for a wonderful experience. Did I mention the scalp massage is to die for??? more

A new customer for life! 11/7/2011

I cannot begin to explain how much I enjoyed my salon experience today. This was my first trip after leaving my hair ""therapists"" of 5 years. Things had become stale and I no longer felt appreciated as a customer at my old salon. Wow how the G Michael Salon experience renewed perspective. I was warmly greeted by Joe & promptly introduced to Sam, my stylist. Sam quickly assessed the state of my hair and immediately came up with a plan. In two short hours she transformed my blah blondish hair into a rich brunette color with a killer cut! I have already scheduled my follow-up appointment. more

Daniel Klinger invited me to come and experience the salon and I eagerly accepted. The directions I was given made the salon easy to locate. G Michael Salon is not just a haircut...it is an experience! 11/6/2011

I heard about G Michael Salon from a friend that lives in that area and was excited to try it. Joe was so helpful when I called to make the apointment and gave me great directions when I called back to tell him that I was turned around. Daniel met me at the entrance and I felt so relaxed as he massaged my scalp and shoulders while discussing what I would like to have done with my hair. I trusted his advice completly and was so pleased with the beautiful work he created. He introduced me to some great products and showed me how to recreate my new look at home. I am recommending this salon to all of my friends. It was worth the hour drive! more

Wonderful! Love Greg's Work! 11/3/2011

I came to Greg after receiving a horrendous haircut and hi-lite. He did an amazing job turning things around for my hair. His cut and color did just the trick and I am so thankful that I found his salon. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and friendly and extremely professional. I now look a million times better than before, and I look forward to my next visit at G Michael Salon! more

G Michael Salon--Must Go!! 11/1/2011

I am so glad I went to G. Michael's to get my hair cut! I was a little hesitant at first, because I was cutting off a ton of hair--but my worries were put at ease during the client consultation. Sam (who is wonderful I might add) listened to what I wanted and definitely delivered! She did a wonderful job cutting and styling, I couldn't be happier. The staff is so warm, and so much fun to talk to. They're very down to earth, and make you feel like family. It is such a fun environment, you can tell how much they care about not just the clients, but each other as well. I bought both the shampoo and conditioner they used in my hair, (J Beverly I believe?), and it smells great! I never realized how much healthier and smoother my hair would feel if I just used a high quality organic shampoo. No plastic fillers! Overall my experience couldn't be more wonderful. It was one of the high points in my day for sure. more

Best Salon in Indy!!! Lauren is GREAT!! 11/1/2011

Yesterday was my first time at th G Michael Salon and it was a great experience!!!!! The atmosphere and entire staff was very enjoable and friendly. If you are looking for a stylist in the Indinanapolis area I would defiinitely reccomend Lauren! She was great and very helpful in choosing the perfect hairstyle for me. The products she choose to use on my hair made my hair look and feel fabulous! I love the new bangs and I can't wait for my next appointment!!!!! Best Salon in Indy!!! more

The Place to Go! 10/31/2011

When you go to G Michael Salon, it is absolutely imperative you request Daniel Klingler. I became Daniel's client when he resided in Wisconsin. Never in my life have I experience such talent. The first time my hair was cut, Daniel did an A-symetrical design. Had I not met him, I truly feel this style would never had been suggested for me. Not only is Daniel a fabulous talent with his pair of sheers, he is also my dear friend. I can't wait for my adventures to Indianapolis, so I can continue seeing ""THE BEST"" I know!! more

Samantha (Sam) is THE best colorist I have ever had!! 10/28/2011

I will be honest and say that Sam is a former student of mine, however, she gave me the best color I have ever had! She is amazing!! I love that she really talked to me about what i wanted and how it would look with my skin and eye color! She started with what I asked for and showed how tweaking it just a little bit to the red side would make it pop and bring out my eyes! I actually love my hair for the first time in my whole life! Sounds like an exageration, but it's really not! I enjoy getting to catch up with her, but it is how I see her treat her other clients that makes me REALLY smile. She is warm, kind, funny and she makes everyone feel like thtey are her most important client!! You will not be sorry to let Sam do your colr, or your cut...or even your eyebrows! You can't go wrong .....and you won""t be sorry!! more

I came into G Michael Salon for a new style and was blown away with the team and the salon. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Lauren really listened to what I was wanting to do with my hair and had great advice for a new fall style. The products used in my hair definitely made a huge difference in the way that my hair feels and looks and they smell amazing! Definitely the best salon in the Indianapolis area! I highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a new stylist who knows what they are doing. more

Excellent Service 10/22/2011

Lately I have been bouncing from stylist to stylist, but my search is over! I saw Daniel at G Michael Salon, and he was fantastic! He made sure that I was getting the hair style that I wanted. He is extremely creative and really knows what he's doing! The entire staff is welcoming and I LOVED not being treated like I was on a conveyor belt with 10 other clients. I also really appreciated the follow-up thank you email I received as soon as I got home. It shows that their team truly cares. So, if you are like I was, ""trying on"" different stylists, you should definitely book an appointment with G Michael, you'll walk away LOVING your hair. more

Delightful Experience! 9/30/2011

AHH...I have found my salon & stylist. I stumbled upon G Michael Salon online when searching for a new place to get my hair done. From the moment I walked in and until I was finished I was treated with warm, friendly, genuine care. My stylist Sam is AMAZING! I'm very picky about my hair and who touches it, she not only asked what I wanted but explained every step along the way. She made suggestions that complimented mine. You can tell she wholeheartedly enjoys what she does. And it shows in the end result. I can't believe how outstanding my hair cut and color turned out. I also need to sing the praises of Joe and Greg who made me feel so comfortable that I can't wait to go back to this treasured gem of a hair salon!! p.s. Phenomenal haircut, terrific talent: THE BEST! 7/19/2011

I have never been so excited about a haircut...I LOVE MY HAIR! I didn't know my hair could look like this! Greg is extremely talented, and I cannot believe I found him in Indianapolis. I used to have my hair done at Juan Juan in Beverly Hills, and Greg is every single bit as good as any of the stylists there, and I am going to go out on a limb and say BETTER! And I felt like a princess...shoulder and scalp massage, hand massage, a very stylish chic and immaculate salon, very professional and personable. I have never written a public review before to applaud an experience or a service, but Indianapolis, GO TO GREG! I could not be happier with my new haircut, and I am a pretty tough critic. Absolutely worth the drive! 7/19/2011

I live an hour away and drove to G Michael Salon hoping to get a good haircut. What I received was a GREAT haircut. Kara was excellent at listening to my needs and wants, and took her time perfecting the style. She gave individual care and was very personable. The salon is very unique and warm. Everyone in the salon seemed to be in a cheery, fun mood. Will I go back? Absolutely. I love my cut and so do my co-workers. It is well worth the drive! more

First, let me say... I looooove my hair! Greg did an awesome job! What a great experience! I must say I went in with the usual trepidation of going to a new salon. Greg, along with his assistant Kara, instantly made me feel comfortable. Clearly I was the center of all their attention!! Greg genuinely cared about what was important to me, what I wanted and what reflected my style and personality! The Salon is gorgeous! I can't wait to go back! more

Best Hair Experience in a LONG time! 7/11/2011

I moved to the area about a year and a half ago. I've had 3 hair cuts with 3 different salons during that time and never really got attached to any of them. So, I decided to try somewhere new. After reading the rave reviews that current customers had, I had to try this place out! I made an appointment with Sam and was able to get in within a day or two. The place is nothing short of amazing! The decor was beautiful and the service was outstanding. Sam was great - she listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me a great hair cut! You have to try it. You will NOT be disappointed!!!! more

I had been looking for a new stylist and a co-worker recommended Sam at G Michael Salon. I knew I was in great hands as soon as I walked in. Sam was great with me in the consultation because I didn't know what I wanted. Sam made some suggestions as to what would be the best for my fine hair and I was so pleased with my cut.
