Wrong part ordered (could have been my fault), they refused to return due to special order. Gave me the excuse that they weren't a dealer for the snow thrower. \r They wouldn't call the supplier but gave me the number.\r I called supplier and they said part could be returned and they would ship UPS labels for return.\r I live nearby but will drive across town to avoid them.\r Good luck with them. more

Cranky man! 3/27/2012

The guy who works there is cranky and doesn't want to do anything to help you unless it's by the book and doesn't require him to act like a human being. A lady working there was much friendlier, and you could tell she was intimidated by the guy (maybe he's the owner?). He seems like he really lacks social skills, and may be slightly retarded or have Asperger's syndrome or something. Smile once in awhile - it wouldn't kill ya! more

BAD phone help 7/13/2010

UNBELIEVABLY BAD PHONE HELP. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes when I called to check if the mower I dropped off was ready and could be picked up. When they came back on the phone, they said it was ready, but couldn't tell me the price of the repair and said they didn't know when they could because the owner was on vacation. What a staff! does the owner know how they speak on the phone? more

Poor customer service on phones 7/13/2010

Poor phone follow up. Took two days to get estimate on lawnmower repair. Gave OK and told one week. Took two weeks before I called to find it. Put on hold twice because they were too busy with customers in store and owner on vacation. Told me it was done but couldn't give me a cost until someone typed it up. I asked if there was a more convenient time to call them and she said they would call me. \r Maybe they have good mechanics but the service aspect of handling the customers needs a overhaul in basic customer service. more

Great Customer Service 12/3/2008

I have recently moved to the area, and my snowblower wouldn't start . of course this was on a day when we got aprox. 5 in. of snow. They were really backed up in there service department, but one of the ladies was kind enough to come out and take a look. She noticed that the primer bulb had a big crack in it. She replaced it in the parking lot, and even made sure that it started before I left. They were such a help. more

We have purchased equipment from fullers Power Eqauipment Center in the past and have been very satisified. We had a problem with a couple of things and they stood behind their product. They have a good selection of items to choose from more
