I have recently moved to the area, and my snowblower wouldn't start . of course this was on a day when we got aprox. 5 in. of snow. They were really backed up in there service department, but one of the ladies was kind enough to come out and take a look. She noticed that the primer bulb had a big crack in it. She replaced it in the parking lot, and even made sure that it started before I left. They were such a help.
