Poor phone follow up. Took two days to get estimate on lawnmower repair. Gave OK and told one week. Took two weeks before I called to find it. Put on hold twice because they were too busy with customers in store and owner on vacation. Told me it was done but couldn't give me a cost until someone typed it up. I asked if there was a more convenient time to call them and she said they would call me. \r Maybe they have good mechanics but the service aspect of handling the customers needs a overhaul in basic customer service. more
