UNBELIEVABLY BAD PHONE HELP. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes when I called to check if the mower I dropped off was ready and could be picked up. When they came back on the phone, they said it was ready, but couldn't tell me the price of the repair and said they didn't know when they could because the owner was on vacation. What a staff! does the owner know how they speak on the phone?
