As a long time customer, I can tell you that i had a problem with billing, paid online, got a receipt, but they never followed up on their end. They Have the rudest most arrogant customer service dept. They never return calls, overcharge you for anything they can think of, and could care less about you. All the mistakes were on their end.. I had no phone for a month! They are the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. They make verizon seem like the nicest, friendliest, most competent people in the world!
