I had received a call from Full Service on how they could cut my phone bill in half. The customer service rep said Verizon had been overcharging me. I was intrigued and decided to sign up. From day one, family members could not reach me, saying my number was out of service. I could not dial certain cell phone and land lines. Being 9mos pregnant, having phone service was of upmost importance. I called the customer service line and spoke to numerous agents. They had to change my phone route twice, still not solving the problem.
If everyone's phone, cable and other utility services were as unreliable, we would all be without our daily necessities. The representatives are very inconsiderate, requesting me to call with every problem. I literally would have been on the phone with them numeros times a day. With FSN not fixing the problem after two routing changes, I decided to change to Comcast. Since changing to comcast, I haven't had one problem with my service. I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from signing up with this company!!!
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!
