Unauthorized credit card charges! 7/28/2011

The absolute worse experience and example of credit card fraud, never thought I would see this in PITTSBURGH. I contacted FULL SERVICE NETWORK recently. Initially I agreed to services but when the attendant (tom) attempted to charge my credit card, I was told it was declined and instructed to contact my credit card company to approve charges and that he would call me back in 20 minutes. I took that as a red flag because when my card is ever declined, its a red flag that the company has a history of fraudulent activity. I ended the call and was relieved only to receive a voice mail message 20 minutes later from the attendant tom that his supervisor had got my card to go through so they took it upon themselves to illegally charge my credit card. I called my CC company and disputed the charges, called toms supervisor back and left a message on his phone only to have Tom call me back to tell me the charges was removed. This morning i contacted my CC company again because I have 2! temporary transactions from FULL SERVICE NETWORK. I called them today and spoke to a supervisor and he tells me that they only charged me once and a credit was issued.........I'm reporting this firm to the attorney generals office and to the local TV stations if they don't do the right thing. I'm retired and my best friends are lawyers and judges in Allegheny County Pittsburgh, so it will be my duty and obligation to end this behavior.. more
