Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

We were very impressed with Ramon's quick assessment of our heating problem, his politeness, and professionalism. We needed a new unit, and even though it was the weekend, Ramon contacted a salesman who followed up immediately. The entire issue, except for installation of the new unit, was completed within five hours of my initial phone call for service. more

Charlie Rich has visited us on several occasions and is always pleasant and professional. These visits are for periodic checks, not problems. Our system continues to function to our expectations so I have to say that Charlie, and the others that perform this service for Frymire, are a value to us. more

Moshe Kramer Review 9/12/2014

Frymire’s Service Technician Moshe Kramer was terrific. He displayed a very upbeat-friendly personality; he took just a few minutes to discuss an article that was on the TV without rambling on about it – he got right down to business. He encouraged us to install a digital carbon monoxide detector and we plan to do so. And, then he invited us to observe the steps involved in an A/C heating maintenance check and he made it very interesting. I had been ‘dragging my feet’ about calling Frymire to discuss 2 issues; I explained these to Moe for his suggestions. As soon as he finished his maintenance check he called Frymire and asked them to contact me. My husband and I both give Moe a full 10 points on all possible categories. Before, Moe left our home Frymire called and a service appointment was set up for Tim Roszkowski, who, in June, repaired a leaking faucet that has been worked on many times. Now my sink faucet is leaking and I feel confident that Tim can repair it – if anyone can. Dealing with Frymire is always a pleasant experience. more

Completely professional. Advised each step he was doing. Took care to be clean and clean up after his job... not messy, really, just made sure everything was right. I would ask for him again. more

Our air conditioning went on the fritz again due to a plugged drain in an area that had to be blown out. We called Frymire after hours and Ramon showed up about 8:30 PM. He was very courteous and knew exactly what to do. He quickly blew out the line and got our air conditioning working again and checked the system for any other problems. We are completly satisfied with Frymire Services. more

Big Job, lots of small details, well done! 2/2/2014

James repaired my rusted out gas line, replaced my old water heater with a new tankless water heater and fitted all of the other gas appliances with regulators, sat through two inspections and visits from the gas company. He was patient with my questions, answering them all to my satisfaction. I found him to be respectful and professional at all times. This was a very complicated project, given the age of my house and condition of the systems. There wasn't an immediate fix available, but I appreciated that we were able to take into account my aesthetic concerns as well as the compliance and upgrade issues. The new water heater is different than the old fashioned kind, James also helped me understand that I'll use it a little differently as well. Enjoyed working with him and with the scheduling people at Frymire, (especially when I had an emergency and needed to reschedule one of the days!) Thanks! KP, Farmers Branch, Texas more

Frymire SVS is like family 10/23/2013

Frymire replaced my AC compressor yesterday. Warranty was worth 10 times what I paid. Having Frymire in my home is like having a really clean, smart family member with the ultimate tools and knowledge. They always leave things better than they found them. Being under the annual contract is more money that is well spent. Misael was my contact yesterday. Although I had never met him, he suprassed the high expectations I already have. Im in the service business myself and genrally am a difficult client. I really believe Frymire is my partner and am happy to write this review. more

AC Service and Repair 8/7/2013

Frymire technician John McClellon arrived on time, was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He walked us through the recommended repairs and their costs before starting work and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend him and Frymire to anyone needing AC service and/or repair. more
