Frymire’s Service Technician Moshe Kramer was terrific.
He displayed a very upbeat-friendly personality; he took just a few minutes to discuss an article that was on the TV without rambling on about it – he got right down to business.
He encouraged us to install a digital carbon monoxide detector and we plan to do so. And, then he invited us to observe the steps involved in an A/C heating maintenance check and he made it very interesting.
I had been ‘dragging my feet’ about calling Frymire to discuss 2 issues; I explained these to Moe for his suggestions. As soon as he finished his maintenance check he called Frymire and asked them to contact me.
My husband and I both give Moe a full 10 points on all possible categories.
Before, Moe left our home Frymire called and a service appointment was set up for Tim Roszkowski, who, in June, repaired a leaking faucet that has been worked on many times. Now my sink faucet is leaking and I feel confident that Tim can repair it – if anyone can.
