Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

Frymire Service Technician -- Craig F 5/20/2015

Craig F. serviced my A/C System today (5/20/15). - FIVE STAR Performance Best service I have ever hard. Craig went out of his way to cover 100% of my System .. and even unstopped the pan drain under my unit. I have never had such a through service .... and Frymire has been serving my units for years. Also did all this work without making any mess for me to clean-up. My Wife was really impressed. Thank you CRAIG !!! more

I always ask fort Charlie. He is always punctual and calls in advance. No short cuts with Charlie. He thoroughly checks all the equipment and gives me a written and verbal briefing. more

Replaced Recirculating Pump 5/18/2015

Tim R. was very professional. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, gave me an accurate estimate, and completed the job. His work was neat, and he was very polite. I also purchased the FPS Gold Contract with absolutely no pressure from Tim. In fact, that is one of the main reasons I opted to purchase the contract - no pressure, and a great deal for one year's worth of services and discounts. I highly recommend Frymire Services and if you need a plumber, ask for Tim! more

Set up an apt to have AC condensate drain line cleaned. Alan Sykes called, about 1/2 hr before arrival to let us know he was on his way. Alan arrived as scheduled, and inspected the unit inside, and cleaned the condensate drain line. He gave us info on the Frymire Preferred Maint Plan, no pressure from Alan to purchase, just provided info and clarified a few questions we had about the Plan terms. We choose to go with the Plan given the age of our unit. Alan did a great job. more

Frymire to the rescue! 4/20/2015

Our 5-ton A/C finally died after 19 years of hard work. Tony M. came in, gave a number of options, gave pros and cons, discussed each with me in detail and allowed me to pick what was best for my family. I was dreading the price of a new system. Tony did assuage my concerns and gave fair pricing for all options. Oscar B. came in a few days later with his crew and took care of the rest. They were all professional, polite and knew their business inside and out. Overall, the best A/C experience one can ask for. They are definitely my go-to crew for any future A/C issues! Call Frymire with the confidence you will be taken care of. more

Annual Service 3/24/2015

We have used the semi-annual service for years. Never been sorry. We have had three different technicians in that time, Charlie being the current. Service is always prompt, courteous and complete. We are very pleased with Charlie and always glad to see him. more

Technician Ramon N 3/23/2015

I brought in Frymire for a blind second opinion when our regular outfit (Service Experts) tried to upsell me to a new condenser/furnace because of a small refrigerant leak (several thousand $$$). Ramon was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed the same problem but suggested refilling the refrigerant--which might last as long as a year--before even discussing equipment replacement. For the service call, refrigerant, and new filters in all three units (the expensive filters) it was less than $400. We are now Frymire customers! more

Outstanding service from Misael and Oscar. Their two crews replaced two complete systems in less than 6 hours. They went to great lengths to protect our floors from any damage during the removal of the old and installation of the new equipment. I highly recommend this company. more
