James repaired my rusted out gas line, replaced my old water heater with a new tankless water heater and fitted all of the other gas appliances with regulators, sat through two inspections and visits from the gas company. He was patient with my questions, answering them all to my satisfaction. I found him to be respectful and professional at all times. This was a very complicated project, given the age of my house and condition of the systems. There wasn't an immediate fix available, but I appreciated that we were able to take into account my aesthetic concerns as well as the compliance and upgrade issues. The new water heater is different than the old fashioned kind, James also helped me understand that I'll use it a little differently as well. Enjoyed working with him and with the scheduling people at Frymire, (especially when I had an emergency and needed to reschedule one of the days!)
