These people are great! I recommend them highly. They saved a leather sofa, chair, and loveseat that we thought were ruined. They have also done great work on my Uggs, and a couple of purses I took in. GREAT! I have returned many times and each time they explain their process and I tell them I just want it to be clean, not new! I don't expect or want it to. Leather lasts forever and wear makes it more unique, adding to its character. I have sent a lot of my friends to them, usually because when they see one of my purses and ask where I got it, I tell them all my purses are several years old and that this company has kept them in great shape for many years. more

I had a Michael Kors bag cleaned to prevent a water stain. I was initially very happy with the repair, however, upon further inspection the ""cleaning"" process has removed leather dye in splotches on the handles, and completely faded it noticeably (this part was concealed by wrapping when picked up). It is unfortunate because I almost feel I would have been better off with the water stain, my $70, and still have the handles looking nice. However, upon calling about my dissatifaction they offered to color-match and dye the handles back to original color at no cost. I am anticipating picking it up in a few weeks, hoping for a full restoration. I will update my review upon pickup. more

With over a 99.65% satisfaction rating we always are disappointed when our service does not meet expectations, and that you felt it was necessary to use the type of language you did when speaking to our manager. She offered to refund your money and/or re-clean the jacket at no charge. I do not know what else we could have done, but are happy that everything worked out for you. more

Glad folks had a good experience with their leather furniture. Our leather jacket didn't do so well. We took it in to be cleaned and reconditioned, and it came back dried out and with gray patches all over, looking worse than when we took it in. Thankfully we were able to restore most of it with a commercially available leather dressing. We can only recommend that people keep their $35 and recondition their leather wear themselves. more

Great service. They have been able to clean and restore items everyone else said could not be done! My Bronco and Avalanche coats look like new. 4 other places said they would be ruined if cleaned. The prices aren't ridiculous, like Dependable Cleaners (who could not clean them) and the people are great to deal with. more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE! The previous review and the owner's response convinced me these people are sincere...and they are. They cleaned a jacket and a vest for me.They offer two services and I requested the expensive service for both pieces.They told me the vest would look just as good with the less expensive service and saved me $10! WOW, usually it goes the other way. I am very impressed and the two items look great. more

AWESOME QUALITY AND SERVICE! 1/4/2012

Wow, these folks really know what they are doing...and are really nice, too! This is the first time I have written a review, and it's taken me an hour to figure all this out, but these people were so great I feel it is worth a thank you. I needed my jacket by Christmas, so I could take it on a trip. I did not remember until Dec 20th. I called two other places and they said no way. I called Front Range and the said they could have it the next day for an extra charge. I said sure. I got it back the next evening and it looks like new!!! They said Merry Christmas and waived the $50 rush fee. They told me to buy something nice for my wife with the money. Great people, and so nice! more

I took Front Range Leather my husband's Bronco jacket, which was filthy. It looks almost new now, and I am not embarrased to be seen with him wearing it anymore. Great people. Fair prices...not like Dependable Cleaners (a huge rip off) or the other cleaners I called more

Hey! The leather cleaning at Front Range Leather is awesome! They made two old Avalnche Jackets look like new! I thought I would be buying new ones because they were so filthy. The other leather cleaners I went to, and two dry cleaners said they could not be done. Before you give up make sure you talk to these people. They are frindly and honest! more

I've used Front Range for furniture cleaning and just got an expensive briefcase that belonged to my father re-finished, The case must be over 60 years old and looks like new! Awesome!! more

Dynamite leather upholstery restoration. 4/30/2011

My couch and chair were stained and really faded. Front Range Cleaners said they could improve it, but did say it would not look like new. The furniture looks great, and only I know that it is not new, and I had to look pretty hard to see the old fading and stains. Excellent service. more

I really needed my leather furniture cleaned and all the other places I called (like servpro and waterclean-up places) could not do the type of leather I own. I calld Front Range and they did a great job. They restored the color and the couch and chair look like new. You gotta try them. more

Honesty and Quality! 2/9/2011

Wow!! These people are just great. I read JDietsch's review and had to try them. I took in a couple of older jackets and I wanted to use their expensive service. They said they would be happy to do this, but, based on the age and value of the items I would probably do just as well with their basic cleaning services. The jackets looked great and they saved me like $30. I'll go to them for everything. Usually people try to upcharge. I was really surprised that they were more concerned about me than making an extra buck! more

A Rare thing anymore! 1/16/2011

I'm compelled to give Jim of Front Range Leathercare the thumbs up! I had and emergency with my friends leather ottoman. My dog went piddle on it. Right in the middle of it. No hiding anything. He guided me in how I should best take care of the problem. Then see how it dried out and give him a call. His guidance worked, so I didn't even need his services afterall. I appreciate a business person who is that honest and helpful to share their knowledge and not charge you a thing. I will chose this Co. in the future and recommend them!!
