With over a 99.65% satisfaction rating we always are disappointed when our service does not meet expectations, and that you felt it was necessary to use the type of language you did when speaking to our manager. She offered to refund your money and/or re-clean the jacket at no charge. I do not know what else we could have done, but are happy that everything worked out for you.
