I am replying on behalf of our company to LeslieEL. We are not aware of any other way to do this. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with us. Sometimes communications break down. Our situation got out of hand and almost left us both with bad feelings which would never be repaired. We sometimes forget we are dealing with people, good people like yourselves. We take a stand and do not back down. I apologize for doing this. The work we did for you did not meet your expectations. We stand behind our product. This means you have to be happy with it. Again I apologize. We have removed all charges and will not be depositing the check you sent us. Thank you for your trust, and the very nice note you wrote. It really means a lot to me. Jim N
