Review content:
I had a Michael Kors bag cleaned to prevent a water stain. I was initially very happy with the repair, however, upon further inspection the ""cleaning"" process has removed leather dye in splotches on the handles, and completely faded it noticeably (this part was concealed by wrapping when picked up). It is unfortunate because I almost feel I would have been better off with the water stain, my $70, and still have the handles looking nice. However, upon calling about my dissatifaction they offered to color-match and dye the handles back to original color at no cost. I am anticipating picking it up in a few weeks, hoping for a full restoration. I will update my review upon pickup.
