Vijay h. \r I'm disappointed that you were unhappy with your service at Frisco Eye Care. After my staff explained your insurance benefits, you decided to get the polycarbonate lenses which your vision insurance covers at a copay of $23 dollars, not $36 you had stated.. Our records indicate you paid double the price with the previous owner for the same quality lenses. As we had explained to you, we do not recommend plastic lenses, your insurance covers, due to safety concerns. We try to accommodate everyone with over 650 frame selections, with a variety of styles and prices. Our frame prices start at $89, which is well within your insurance coverage, however, you elected not to choose those frames. We cannot control what your insurance covers or what your copays are. That is something you would have to discuss with your vision insurance. My staff politely helped you to find glasses within your budget. If there was a misunderstanding, we apologize. \r more

We went there to get the Basic Frames and Glasses covered by our insurance plan under VSP for which Frisco Eyecare is an In network provider. \r They Did not carry any basic lenses and forced us to pay extra 36$ or so, for Polycarbonate lenses. It was a rip off. The office people were Rude and Told us we could go somewhere else if needed Basic lenses. WE got our eye checkup done there and had paid them copay that covered our frames and lenses. It was a rip off that although they are in network they dont carry any products covered by Insurance. They only had couple of frames covered by insurance.\r Do not GO THERE .\r more

I have never experienced worse customer service. Dr Lee is nice and does her job well. She really should just turnover her whole office/assistant staff. The frames I ordered fit when I ordered them but after they came back in from getting my prescription filled and countless attempts at minor adjustments by the staff the frames are ruined and no longer fit. The assistant in the blue scrubs made me really uncomfortable because he kept sighing loudly every time I advised him that the adjustments were not right. I now have sore spots on my ear and severe headaches from the fit. Instead of taking care of this problem created by the optical techs by letting me exchange the frames or getting a refund I am now being told the only option is to buy a new pair. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?I have already spent hundreds of dollars on these frames and lenses. No where on any of my receipts state there are no returns or exchanges. I was supposed to be bringing my son and husband back to get their glasses ordered and I definitely will not be doing that now. more

Went to Frisco Eyecare about a month ago because of a groupon they have. Had a great experience. They had a great selection of frames. The doctor and office staff are very polite and friendly. My family and I will definitely be going back. more

Came across Frisco Eyecare because of a groupon costing $50 and covers eye exam and $200 off glasses. The groupon add says that it covers a COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAM, lenses and frames start at $69 each. Dilation is not covered in the eye exam, it is extra. Lenses for me (I need bifocals) are $198. The least expensive frames are $179. To get even the least expensive glasses will be $200 more than the special with $200 off! more

Ms. Amanda J. \r \r I'm sorry that you felt that you had a bad experience at our office. It is always our goal to ensure all of our patrons receive the highest level of customer service by me and my staff. I can assure you we tried our best to take care of you and your mother. I'm sorry we were unable to meet your needs. more

My mother and I went into this place of business today to look for new eye glasses for her. Her insurance company referred her to this location for glasses and lenses. Unfortunately, we were not greeted upon entering the store and then the man at the desk apparently did not even know the name of the business that he is working for - the insurance company gave her this address but said it was Precision Eye Care and we just wanted to make sure we were in the right place before wasting time looking and then not be covered by insurance. Then the man looked up my mother's insurance, walked around the counter and pointed out the glasses she would be able to get and said good luck. Really?? That is not the customer service I expect. When I go into any place of business where I am going to purchase and item or a service, I expect to be treated with respect. I asked if he had a comment card we could fill out and he told me no, however a few seconds later I saw a survey in letter style on the desk.... Unbelievable. I asked to speak to the office manager and after waiting 10-15 minutes Dr. Le actually came out. She had a smirk on her face and asked what happened. She said she was sorry for he had acted but SHE WAS LAUGHING WHEN SHE SAID IT! I was appalled. Needless to say we left immediately and would not recommend that ANYONE trust their eye sight to people who are so rude and downright mean. more

So happy with the new ownership. The place looks fantastic after the remodel, the selection of available frames are incredible, and my husband commented that it was the most thorough - yet fast - exam he's ever had! The new doctor also has young children, so she was great with my preschooler and toddler. Highly recommend! more

Wonderful experience. I recently went into Frisco Eyecare for an eye exam. Apparently there has been an owner change. The new doctor was very nice and pleasant. She was thorough with her examination but fast and efficient. Her staff was courteous and professional. The customer service was awesome. They had great selections on glasses and sunglasses too. In fact, I ordered my contacts and got a pair of glasses as well. more
