Review content:
My mother and I went into this place of business today to look for new eye glasses for her. Her insurance company referred her to this location for glasses and lenses. Unfortunately, we were not greeted upon entering the store and then the man at the desk apparently did not even know the name of the business that he is working for - the insurance company gave her this address but said it was Precision Eye Care and we just wanted to make sure we were in the right place before wasting time looking and then not be covered by insurance. Then the man looked up my mother's insurance, walked around the counter and pointed out the glasses she would be able to get and said good luck. Really?? That is not the customer service I expect. When I go into any place of business where I am going to purchase and item or a service, I expect to be treated with respect. I asked if he had a comment card we could fill out and he told me no, however a few seconds later I saw a survey in letter style on the desk.... Unbelievable. I asked to speak to the office manager and after waiting 10-15 minutes Dr. Le actually came out. She had a smirk on her face and asked what happened. She said she was sorry for he had acted but SHE WAS LAUGHING WHEN SHE SAID IT! I was appalled. Needless to say we left immediately and would not recommend that ANYONE trust their eye sight to people who are so rude and downright mean.
