Vijay h. \r I'm disappointed that you were unhappy with your service at Frisco Eye Care. After my staff explained your insurance benefits, you decided to get the polycarbonate lenses which your vision insurance covers at a copay of $23 dollars, not $36 you had stated.. Our records indicate you paid double the price with the previous owner for the same quality lenses. As we had explained to you, we do not recommend plastic lenses, your insurance covers, due to safety concerns. We try to accommodate everyone with over 650 frame selections, with a variety of styles and prices. Our frame prices start at $89, which is well within your insurance coverage, however, you elected not to choose those frames. We cannot control what your insurance covers or what your copays are. That is something you would have to discuss with your vision insurance. My staff politely helped you to find glasses within your budget. If there was a misunderstanding, we apologize. \r
