Exceptionally fast scheduling and repair 3/13/2014

Urgent repairs were needed during a storm so Friendly Electric was called. Quick scheduling with a technician (Bruney) and the repairs were completed within a few hours of my call. Bruney was very knowledgeable and capable of evaluating the necessary repairs and mitigating the problems he encountered. The staff at Friendly was very supportive and efficient. very happy with the service by friendly electric 2/15/2014

friendly electric was the company I use to repair my furnace. we actually had to replace it and our central air conditioning unit. our service tech was tyler hunt he was very polite and knowledgeable he explained everything clearly and did a great job installing both units with the help of another tech he also advised us about the financing program they offer which helped us get what we needed I would definitely recommend this company and tyler to my friends and I look forward to work with them in the future more

Heating Service 1/24/2014

It was a pleasure having yet another one of Friendly Electric technicians out at my house. This time it was Tyler who came out to service my 2 furnaces, filtration systems and dehumidifier as part of my service plan. He was fast, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly got the job done right. I would recommend him without a doubt more

Great experience 11/15/2013

Friendly was professional from the first phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate. Their initial estimate was very competitive (received 3 estimates). They did a great job on a rather large project. Once they completed it, we had one cosmetic issue (white outlet instead of beige). I called them and they came out to fix it without hassle / issues. I would highly recommend them. more

Third time out here and still great service! 8/18/2013

It was unfortunate but in July I had to once again call Bruney out to take a look at why my outside electrical outlet, which he had replaced, in June, was still tripping. Bruney, ever the professional, took his time to ensure that the problem was fixed right. He found the problem relatively quickly and before you know it everything was up and running again. I have not had a trip yet! Thank you Bruney!! more

Scam of annual membership, Avoid this company 7/10/2013

I subscribed to its annual service membership in 2010, which promises to have annual check-up of heater, air-conditioner, circuit, etc. They did the first check-up at the end of 2010, but haven't shown up in 2011, 2012, and 2013. But they charge me $13.99 each month from my credit card! Totally waste of money! more

A Ditch and More 7/2/2013

I apologize for the late review but Bruney and Jordan came about 1 week ago, June 24th, and worked almost the entire day without break to properly add 4 additional outlets to my fountain. While that might sound like a simple job it required quite a bit of manpower and hours. The end result was a great job that was approved by the Township of Monroe. Furthermore, my existing outlet can now be solely used for the landscape lighting while the new outlets can be used for the fountain pump, filter, aerator and anything else. These two always come ready to get the job done and done well! more

Not Even A Phone Call 6/29/2013

Requesed service and told tech would be there between 12 1 pm. Tech never showed up, called back they couldnt even get in touch with any of there techs. Again was told someone would call me and they never did. Stuck home all day and could have gotten someone else, great job friendly this is to remind me never to call again. Thanks more

Service by the electrician was good he found my problem with lights and outlets in a timely manner But the first time I used lights they did come on but went out with in few minutes of them being on And technician gone by then When I called the office service which is now 8:30 pm the women asked if my problem was a emergency I told her yes I just spent a lot of money with your company and still have same problem I did get a call from the Electrician and he said he would call in the morning to come back out I had to take a day off with no pay and wait on them 2pm no show get I called office was told tech at other job and would be there at 4pm they showed up at 515 pm I was very upset due to the up they came didn't need to take a day off if they would of told me the time they would of come when I came to office the next and spoke to Michelle she was very rude I explain my dissatisfaction of the second day process and asked to be compensated for the second visit out to my home I was told she needed to spoke to the manger and she would get back to me that was Wednesday and today is Sunday and never heard back from any one more

ok experience.. not great 6/17/2013

I just wish that there was a way to have your tech and the pool tech come to look at my Polaris motor issue, to see if together they can give me an answer to my question - "why is the motor needing to be replaced every year?" Although your company did their job, I do not have an answer to my question, and therefore have a mixed feeling about the experience of working with your company.. more

A late review but nonetheless I wanted to note that Bruney came out to check out my electrical issue and solved it quickly and efficiently. In addition, I would like to state that Paul who serviced my AC units and condensers was extremely nice, efficient, and knowledgeable in his field. I would definitely recommend Bruney for electrical work and Paul for AC work. more

This is one company that definitely lives up to their name 'Friendly Electric Heating & Air'. Not only were the customer service representatives extremely friendly and helpful, but the two electrical technicians, Bruney and Jordon, who came to my house to perform the service were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly made sure to keep me involved in every decision along the way. At the end, everything was done in a timely, proper, and orderly fashion. I would highly recommend Friendly Electric Heating & Air to others, especially Bruney!! Best regards, David more

As i was preparing my house for rentatl, the person who supplied my original estimate was very good and offered preventative advice that offered me peace of mind for my renters. Similarly, the two fellows who did the work: JOrdan and Bruney, were very thorough and worked hard to get the job done in one day. I would work with them again. more

Friendly was engaged by Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing to put in an electrical outlet for our sump pump. Their representative, Bruney, seemed very knowledgeable about both electrical and HACV systems/work and, our being very pleased with the work he did as a sub-contractor for Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing, mhy wife and I engaged him to do some other electrical work for us, with which we were also very pleased. We would definitely recommend Bruney to others. more
