Although he arrived late, due to equipment servicing needs, the technician Bruney was wonderful! He explained everything he was doing, used shoe covers each and every single time he came into my condo, and even took a look at our A/C system (he was called out for a vent cleaning). I was SUPER impressed by his quiet but friendly demeanor, and the thoroughness with which he fixed our vent system. I truly appreciate people that take pride in their work, and I wholeheartedly recommend Bruney and Friendly Electric to everyone! Thank you! more

I have had several things done by Friendly Electric Heating & Air. I have been using them a little over two years. When they come they are always professional, and they always wear their booties in the house. The office calls me the day of the appointment to remind me of it, and then they also call as a heads up when the technician is about 20 minutes away. I had a fan installed, new light switched done, and they put a box in my car where when I press a button the lights turn on in my house. It is a security function. Also, at the beginning of winter and summer they do heating and air conditioning maintenance service. I find them to be reliable and good. They come when they say they will come, and their technicians are nice. I am satisfied. more
