Service by the electrician was good he found my problem with lights and outlets in a timely manner But the first time I used lights they did come on but went out with in few minutes of them being on And technician gone by then When I called the office service which is now 8:30 pm the women asked if my problem was a emergency I told her yes I just spent a lot of money with your company and still have same problem I did get a call from the Electrician and he said he would call in the morning to come back out I had to take a day off with no pay and wait on them 2pm no show get I called office was told tech at other job and would be there at 4pm they showed up at 515 pm I was very upset due to the up they came didn't need to take a day off if they would of told me the time they would of come when I came to office the next and spoke to Michelle she was very rude I explain my dissatisfaction of the second day process and asked to be compensated for the second visit out to my home I was told she needed to spoke to the manger and she would get back to me that was Wednesday and today is Sunday and never heard back from any one more
