Service by the electrician was good he found my problem with lights and outlets in a timely manner But the first time I used lights they did come on but went out with in few minutes of them being on And technician gone by then When I called the office service which is now 8:30 pm the women asked if my problem was a emergency I told her yes I just spent a lot of money with your company and still have same problem I did get a call from the Electrician and he said he would call in the morning to come back out I had to take a day off with no pay and wait on them 2pm no show get I called office was told tech at other job and would be there at 4pm they showed up at 515 pm I was very upset due to the up they came didn't need to take a day off if they would of told me the time they would of come when I came to office the next and spoke to Michelle she was very rude I explain my dissatisfaction of the second day process and asked to be compensated for the second visit out to my home I was told she needed to spoke to the manger and she would get back to me that was Wednesday and today is Sunday and never heard back from any one
