We've used this company for 9 years but the last 2 years have gone way downhill. Their prices are off the charts and if you manage to call and talk to the owner, Gabriel, he will knock the price down. I'm done with the haggling.
Today they were here to install a ceiling fan. Almost $600 later and it is done. I was charged $119 just to have the remote installed because it was a peripheral and wasn't included in the box, even though the same company made it and it just needed to be attached to the housing before it was shoved but into the ceiling.
Also, their service plan. It's a 12 month commitment even if you want to cancel. So unless you plan on "saving" more than $100 by using them, it's not worth it.
We've been loyal customers for 9 years but today they are fired and I'll find someone new to use from now on.
