Freehold Ford, Great Service 9/3/2013

We have had our cars serviced at Freehold Ford since 1997 and our service rep during that time has been Mike Worman. He has always done an outstanding job from scheduling to getting us a loaner when needed. Today was an example of his professionalism. We had a battery die on a car that was 18 months old, I called Mike and brought it in. Less than an hour later, I was on my way with a new battery. This is typical of my experiences with other service issues. Never a problem, always explained and the work has been completed within a reasonable amount of time(when I wait). As long as we live in the area, our cars will be serviced by Freehold Ford. more

Great service visit 2/19/2011

I took my car in recently for a issue with the steering, I talked to a Joe in service as well as a Mike on the phone; my issue was handled immediately by the staff and I was back on the road asap with a confidence that my vehicle was fixed properly. Joe and Mike made me feel like I was royalty, Joe made sure my concerns were handled quickly and put my mind at ease concerning my vehicle!\r Great customer service!!! more

Freehold Ford Inc is full of shady characters 10/9/2009

I took my vehicle today for service and asked for "The Works". I sure got worked over. First, they did not tell me about the mail in rebate for the service. Secondly, when I drove off I started hearing a grinding sound coming from the the front rotors. I am sure this was due to the poor tire rotation and brake inspection; which was all part of "The Woks" package. Upon returning to the Service department and further inspection of my vehicle I was told I needed new rotors and brake pads ($450 dollars). Funny thing is everything was okay before they got there inexperienced hands on my vehicle. I will never take any of my vehicles; nor will I recommend Freehold Ford to anyone. more

Good Service 11/9/2005

I have used Freehold Ford to service my Focus and I have been happy with them. They have found issues that I did not even know existed like a nail in my tire. They also had my mirror in stock and were able to tell me as such over the phone when another Ford told me they would have to look at the car to see what is needed and could not tell me if they would have it in stock. more
