I took my vehicle today for service and asked for "The Works". I sure got worked over. First, they did not tell me about the mail in rebate for the service. Secondly, when I drove off I started hearing a grinding sound coming from the the front rotors. I am sure this was due to the poor tire rotation and brake inspection; which was all part of "The Woks" package. Upon returning to the Service department and further inspection of my vehicle I was told I needed new rotors and brake pads ($450 dollars). Funny thing is everything was okay before they got there inexperienced hands on my vehicle. I will never take any of my vehicles; nor will I recommend Freehold Ford to anyone.
