We have had our cars serviced at Freehold Ford since 1997 and our service rep during that time has been Mike Worman. He has always done an outstanding job from scheduling to getting us a loaner when needed. Today was an example of his professionalism. We had a battery die on a car that was 18 months old, I called Mike and brought it in. Less than an hour later, I was on my way with a new battery. This is typical of my experiences with other service issues. Never a problem, always explained and the work has been completed within a reasonable amount of time(when I wait). As long as we live in the area, our cars will be serviced by Freehold Ford.
