Satisfied With Fred Martin Superstore Sales Experience I recently traveled from Galion Ohio to the Fred Martin Superstore in Barberton Ohio hoping I would be able to find a car. Well, I was not disapointed. Steve assured me I would leave there with a car and he was right! He really worked with me and we finally came to terms on what would work for me. I love my 2004 Chevy Impala. Thanks Steve and Fred Martin Superstore! I would and have recommend them to family and friends. more

I ALWAYS HAVE WORK DONE ON MY VEH AT FRED MARTIN. i am always satisfied. This past time i went on a road trip and 2 days later the engine light came on. Some sort of valve from the engine to the exhaust broke. The dealership in Macon, GA also did a great job. more

The experience was fantastic I came in to test drive a Liberty and after speaking salesman sold me a Patriot that better fit my needs and price range with out any pressure. Financing agent took time to explain everything so that I felt comfortable with it. Have already recommended to family and friends. more

When i went there i was great by a girl and she took me to a friendly sales person who helped me out to pick a great new car. Even after the sale my service person helped out to get a loaner vehicle when my vehicle was going to be in service overnight. more

Yes I was very satisfied with the service dept. everything went smooth as planned. No waiting around. Just drop off & pick up. I am pleased with the coating & service. I went to Fred Martin to get a dash light fix with my warranty I had a $100.00 deduct. if not covered. Well they said the part was'nt covered and it cost $400.00 to $500.00 to fix so I paid the $100.00 deduct. and went to Spitizer. on Verdon Odom. who said it was covered. I tried to get my $100.00 deduct.back and Joanne Clark said NO. I would like to have my money back because it was covered under my Warranty. more
