I walked into the Superstore thinking no way I was going to get a car. But this man listened to my story, sat me down and wow, I mean WOW HE SHOWED ME WHY THEY ARE NUMBER 1. I got what I wished for and so much more. Mr. Davis is so caring and not pushy. My hat is off to the staff. Well done, well done. more

Went to buy a car for 17k got credit approved down payment was already set and was given the OK to come by the next day to pick it up * it will be delivered to you* BS i got there told i had to pay 1000 on my down payment and the whole we will double your down payment to $1000 cash is a lie. the manager was too busy to see me and continued to talk on his phone and laugh up a storm with whom ever he was. terrible service and a lot of lies from them. was even told on the phone that they where told to give me the extra amount for the down payment and now i get nothing.. i am not some stupid sap and i know that the prices are not set. yes u need to make a buck but with 100's of cars on the lot not going anywhere how do u make money? more

I really appreciate how Joanne went the extra mile to make this as pleasant of an experience that it can be. It really makes a difference when it comes to choosing how I'll get my Tahoe serviced. Other dealerships that work on GM vehicles are closer and possibly more convenient but you have been the difference maker that makes the extra distance well worth it and I appreciate the value of good service. more

By far, Anthony is the best salesman. As a teacher, he exemplifies the key ingredients to be successful in your business. He explained my new Jeep Cherokee from top to bottom. The ironic thing is that I wasn't looking to buy a SUV from Fred Martin. I had in the past leased two other Nissan Pathfinders. After looking at five different dealerships, and listening to car salesman that did a horrible job, it was nice to meet Anthony with some enthusiasm! more

2004 grand caravan 3/10/2012

I purchased te 2004 dodge caravan oe year ago, it wasent what i wanted or could afford, seems that the van was standing for some time because they had pressurised the tres very hard..after having it at home 2 of the tires developed leaks and one almost went flat after taking it out of the garage.. The cooling system hoses under are leaking, someone triedfixing the wiring and left the wires exp[osed in the doors openings, When we,(me and my wife were signing papers, my wife wa FORCED to sign all the papers, then the woman made a remark about me and my health that i will never FORGET, i should take some personal action about it... Now i have a vehicle that i didnt want, i wanted a KIA!! as i told toe other dealer the same thing, as soon as i get more paid off on the dodge grand caravan im going to get the vehicle i wanted in the first place!!! ASAP!! No, im not happy with the deaalership and im glad for one thing that my SON is a ASE CERTIFIED MECHANIC!! more

Tim and Bob have worked very hard to address the problems that I have had with our car, and they seem to have to corrected them. They have worked hard to change our opinion of the Fred Martins Service department from a Two Star up to a Five Star. more

The sales man looked out for my best interest at hand and did not in any way try to sell me something I could not afford. My past experience when walking into a dealership has been on a defense. But this dealership made me feel like were a part of their family. Praise goes to Rob, salesman, and Brett, sales manager, for making sure my needs were met. Seeing the loyalty of the sales force, we as a family upgraded to a better vehicle that fitted our needs. more

Quick, Easy, and Painless 7/1/2011

There service department is the first ever service department that walked me around my car and showed me what was wrong with it. It is soooo much better to be brought out to the vehicle and be shown the broken part. It really makes you believe that they are doing the right things to you vehicle. more
