Frazor Electronics did a great job. I had two televisions that needed a bulb replacement. My parts were in stock and I got same day service. Courteous and professional. more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! 3 weeks after dropping off a plasma tv and being greeted by a very rude employee of Frazor Electronics, I learned that the owner just didn't think it was a good idea to fix the tv since his past experience with similar ones didn't go well. However, he did offer to sell me another smaller tv. He gave no indication as to whether or not any attempt had been made to analyze the problem. Also no estimate of what it would cost. Just that I should buy a new tv. I was unable to coax an estimate out of him even though he had my tv for 3 weeks! It should be my decision whether or not I want to pay to fix the tv or buy a new one. I told him I would pick up the tv and take it somewhere else. He stated he would rather I not do that, and if I planned to pick it up I should let him know so he can put it back together. If he can't fix it, then why isn't is already put back together? \r During the 3 weeks, I tried calling multiple times and was told (rudely each time) they couldn't find my ticket, or someone would call me back, or parts were ordered. Finally today, I caught the owner on the phone and that's when I learned they weren't working on it at all!\r This is absolutely the worse customer service I have ever encountered. And I suspect that it gets even worse. The tv he offered to sell me was a tv that no one came back to pick up. I suspect they were told that it couldn't be fixed too. more

Terrible customer service - DO NOT RECOMMEND 11/11/2011

4 weeks after Frazor Electronics had picked up my TV LG Smart TV (warranty claim arranged through Jeff Lynch), I received a call on Monday morning telling me that my TV was ready to be delivered. I was not able to get away from work & would only be available on Wednesday afternoon for the latest delivery they were prepared to do. I left work 2 hours early to be there for them for a 4:30pm delivery. At 4:50pm, & with no sign of Frazor, I called the number I had been called by on Monday. It went straight to voice mail. I left a message saying I was waiting on them. At 5:10pm Jerry called me back telling me that I shouldn't call him on his personal cellphone, that he had missed my delivery, was on his way home & that he couldn't help that he had missed me. I asked why he hadn't called & all he basically said was if I have a problem then I must call the store & speak with Randy. I called the store immediately & spoke with a gentleman. He took my details & said he would get Randy to call me. I hadn't heard from Randy by 10:30am on Thursday so I called the store. I spoke with the same gentleman I had spoken with the night before & he told me that he had told Randy about my issue & that Randy was ""taking care of it"". I told him I wanted to speak with Randy. He told me that my TV was ""on the truck"" & would be delivered today. When I asked what time it would be delivered he couldn't tell me. I hadn't received any notification about a delivery so asked him to get Randy to call me. Randy called me back around 2:30pm. I couldn't take the call but the voice message said something along the lines of ""heard about your issue ... we're only human ... call me between 9am & 9:30am"". I called back Friday morning at exactly 9am. Randy listened to me at first but then tried brushing my frustration aside. I asked about Wednesday's delivery & then about the fact that my TV had been ""on the truck"" all day yesterday & he told me that I was wrong & that it was never on the truck. I told him that his colleague had told me that it was & that there was clearly disorganization in his store. He then became very obnoxious telling me that he won't have me mouthing off about his store & cussing at him. I had never cussed at him! He told me that I should be professional & didn't understand what the big deal was. I told him that I had taken 2 hours out of my day on Wednesday, had been stood up, that I was very frustrated & that I was being very professional. He said all we want to do is get your TV to you & then never have to deal with you again & that you can do whatever you want. I told him that his customer service was terrible & that I was very frustrated by the inefficiency of his store (4 week repair & the delivery issues). He again said do whatever you want to do, just tell us when to deliver. I asked when he would be able to & he said ""I don't know ... maybe 3 'o clock"". I told him again that I worked & that I was not able to leave my office at 3pm. I told him I needed him to deliver at 6pm. He told me that he finishes early on a Friday & wasn't prepared to deliver late. I told him that after everything, I thought that was the least he could do. He refused & said he was busy. Knowing that the previous ""latest delivery"" was 4:30pm I again agreed I would leave work about 2 hours early to be here for the delivery. Jerry was here at 4:30pm & returned my TV. Jerry's lackadaisical attitude about missing me on Wednesday frustrated me. Randy's completely unprofessional response to a customer's complaint, & complete unwillingness to want to remedy the situation (putting himself out this time by arranging a late delivery which suited me would have gone a long way) & merely saying ""we're only human"" made me want to share this with everyone. DO NOT USE FRAZOR ELECTRONICS! You will be frustrated. Randy had absolutely no customer focus & had no problem telling me to do what I want. So, I really want everyone to know: DO NOT USE FRAZOR ELECTRONICS! more

Do Not Reccomend... Terrible Customer Service!!! 8/11/2011

I recently purchased a 43"" Samsung Plasma TV from Jeff Lynch Appliance in Greenville and had a problem with it in the first few months. Jeff Lynch directed me to Frazor Electronics, so I dropped it off on 7/26/11 with a special repair order receipt from JL. I was told they would call me in a few days to let me know problem and then they would order parts to fix it, fully under warranty since it was brand new. They said it should be a week and a half total to fix. My fault for not checking on it sooner, but I called today 8/11/11 to check and see the progress of the repair and if it was done. The man who answered the phone didn more

Very poor Service! Would recommend against using them at all ! 4/23/2008

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance with Frazor Electronics to have a technician come out to repair a wide-screen TV. I explained that it was in my storage building but that there was in fact power and light available. I spoke directly with the technician and I explained this to him because he needed to know that I had to input the code to get him in. I left work an hour and forty-five minutes early to meet him. He was scheduled to be there at 4 pm. I arrived at 10 minutes to 4. I waited for an hour then called the shop. The lady said that he was probably just running late on a previous call, but that she would call him and find out. She verified my phone number but never called me back. I waited another hour then called them back again. This time I got the answering machine. I left a message stating that I was still there waiting but could not wait much longer. No return call. I waited until 6:15 then finally gave up and went home. I sat in the parking lot and waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for the technician without so much as a call and he never showed up. I might have waited longer if he had just called. It's now the next day and they have had time to open. Still no call. I'm not sure how one stays in business operating that way. At this point I'm done with them. In my opinion anyone needing a TV repaired , or any other electronics for that matter, should seriously consider using a different company.
