I recently purchased a 43"" Samsung Plasma TV from Jeff Lynch Appliance in Greenville and had a problem with it in the first few months. Jeff Lynch directed me to Frazor Electronics, so I dropped it off on 7/26/11 with a special repair order receipt from JL. I was told they would call me in a few days to let me know problem and then they would order parts to fix it, fully under warranty since it was brand new. They said it should be a week and a half total to fix.
My fault for not checking on it sooner, but I called today 8/11/11 to check and see the progress of the repair and if it was done. The man who answered the phone didn
