DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! 3 weeks after dropping off a plasma tv and being greeted by a very rude employee of Frazor Electronics, I learned that the owner just didn't think it was a good idea to fix the tv since his past experience with similar ones didn't go well. However, he did offer to sell me another smaller tv. He gave no indication as to whether or not any attempt had been made to analyze the problem. Also no estimate of what it would cost. Just that I should buy a new tv. I was unable to coax an estimate out of him even though he had my tv for 3 weeks! It should be my decision whether or not I want to pay to fix the tv or buy a new one. I told him I would pick up the tv and take it somewhere else. He stated he would rather I not do that, and if I planned to pick it up I should let him know so he can put it back together. If he can't fix it, then why isn't is already put back together? \r During the 3 weeks, I tried calling multiple times and was told (rudely each time) they couldn't find my ticket, or someone would call me back, or parts were ordered. Finally today, I caught the owner on the phone and that's when I learned they weren't working on it at all!\r This is absolutely the worse customer service I have ever encountered. And I suspect that it gets even worse. The tv he offered to sell me was a tv that no one came back to pick up. I suspect they were told that it couldn't be fixed too.
