There are a lot of ""skin centers"" in the Nashville area, and I decided on The Franklin Center for Skin and Laser Surgery because of their great location, incredible hours, and the fact that they are not busy doing ""bigger"" plastic surgery cases. They are truly focusing on what their name says...Skin and Laser, imagine that! As a working ""client,"" their evening and weekend hours are a HUGE plus for me. When I entered the office I was greeted promptly and my microderm was started right on time. The aesthetician was very informative explaining the treatment, what it would feel like, answering all of my questions, discussing my skin, and most importantly she asked me what I expected out of the treatment. I also mentioned that I was interested in laser hair removal. She did NOT pressure me at all, she spent time talking to me about that treatment and gave me an information packet to take home along with checking to see if I was a good candidate for laser hair removal. So she didn't pressure me, and more importantly she didn't try and get me to purchase a treatment I wasn't a good candidate for. There are a lot of choices out there, but if you want great service from a center that has a great staff, is clean, has new equiptment, has evening/weekend hours, has fair pricing, you can't go wrong in selecting The Franklin Center for Skin and Laser surgery.
