I called this company in June 2020 to service a 4 year old Samsung dryer. The owner, Heath Holliman, sent his very young son out to do the repairs. I knew pretty quickly his son was over his head when he had to keep calling his father to get instruction on what to do. I could hear Heath screaming at his son over the phone and sensed at that time I might not be dealing with a reputable company. His son tore my dryer apart, twice, because he forgot to put all parts back the first time. He was able to get the dryer running, albeit, it didn't sound right. We do not use this dryer often, as we have two different laundry stations here. The dryer quit working within a month of their so called "service call". They state that they warranty all their work but rest assured, they do not. When I phoned them to come back out, the owner, Heath stated over the phone that the dryer not working had nothing to do with the repairs his son did and then hung up on me. When I tried to contact him again, he threatened me. $220 wasted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people. more

Please note that "Heath H" is the business owner and has given himself most of the reviews on judysbook (6 out of 7). I have reported those to judysbook and hope they are taken down. I echo what A.B said - I have never dealt with such an aggressive, hostile repair person. Heath took my money a week ago, and said he was ordering a part that should come in on Tuesday. It is Friday, and I have called Wednesday, Thursday and today trying to get him to track the package and let me know an estimated date of arrival. Today, he screamed at me on the phone and accused me of harassing him. But still refused to track the part. He also refused to refund my money when I asked him to please refund me so I could go elsewhere. Please be aware that this company has several different phone numbers and locations. One at 672 Deaderick St, one at 2817 West End Avenue #167 (both in Nashville) and one at 328 Church St in Franklin. These locations do NOT exist. At least the West End one and the Franklin one are fake addresses. My husband decided to go down to the location on West End in person, trying to speak to the business owner. But the suite number does not exist and other businesses in that business park have not heard of Fix It Right. I finally did get a hold of Tina on the phone, and unfortunately Heath is the business owner - and he is your main problem. Their price quotes are good up front, but I highly recommend you save yourself a big headache and not deal with Heath. After doing a bunch of research online (after my horrible experience), it seems like there are lots of different Fix It Right companies. The 3 listed above are all related. BEWARE: This man, Heath Holliman, is highly aggressive and hostile. My encounter with him in my home ended with me filing a police report for menacing behavior and dishonest pricing. He came to my home to switch out the door latch on our dishwasher. He arrived with the $7-$14 part, quickly took apart the front of the dishwasher and informed me it would be $180 to do the repair, which takes 3-5 minutes to do. I asked him what the price of the part was and what his hourly rate was in order to figure out why he was charging me such a high price for a simple switch swap. Upon me asking him these questions, Mr. Holliman became extremely agitated and hostile. He began to rant about how I had no idea what it took to run a small business and would not answer how much he paid for the part nor what he was exactly charging me for. I then stepped out of the room to call my husband and Mr. Holliman began to do the swap on the door latch. My husband quickly told me to stop Mr. Holliman from continuing the repair and asked to speak to him. Mr. Holliman informed my husband that he could “charge what he wanted” and when my husband told Mr. Holliman that we did not want his services, Mr. Holliman replied to “Have a nice life” and tossed my phone away from himself onto our counter. In shock, I told Mr. Holliman that he needed to leave our residence immediately. This short yet highly aggressive altercation escalated right in front of my two small children and left me feeling very frightened by his hostile and threatening behavior. Upon hearing my request that he please leave my house immediately, Mr. Holliman informed me that the job was already complete and he was not leaving until I gave him his money. This all transpired in less than 10 minutes; he was in our home for less than 10 MINUTES! And again, I cannot stress how aggressive and menacing he was during this time.
