Not much good to say about them I was very disappointed with this office. People were nice enough on the first visit, but it went down hill after that. I felt like I was just another buck to be made to them. Every visit draining me of money and extra charges. It never stopped. Numerous billing errors also became an inconvenience. Double billed for the same day, billing for therapies not given. more

I ride my bike 15-25 miles daily, I was having lower back pain. I am diligent in warm-ups/stretches. I went to Franklin Chiropractic and within a week was feeling a great deal of relief after treatments. I am riding and feeling like the good old days. more

Highly Recommended, his staff is friendly and helpfull, Dr. Franklin took time to explain everything to me, even after my session he called me to see how I was feeling, if I was having any issues he would give bring me back in the office and resolve the issue. Since I have been under Dr. Franklin care my back has been pain free, not bad for someone who had back surgey. I give a five star rating. more

I dealt with my pain on a daily basis, thinking that there wasn?t much that could be done to alleviate the condition. My pain level was enough to bother me to the point where I needed to find a solution. Now, my pain level is minimal. My back, neck and shoulders feel so much better. more

What I dislike about Franklin Chiropractic is the high pressure to buy a care plan that I didn't want or need. I felt like everything they did was a planned effort to manipulate me and take my money. I was charged for a very expensive exam even though they did almost nothing. I can weight myself at home and Walgreen's can check my blood pressure thanks. Do something that I can't do myself. Too expensive and not focused on patient care. I will look for a new clinic. more

We moved here from Arlington. I believe in chiropractics. I called and was seen the same day. The service was excellent. I was actually referred by my previous doctor and am delighted. I haven't been in over six months. I walked out feeling amazing!!! I will see you next month!!! more

I am a past patient of his clinic, so I can't speak directly on all of his office politics, but I can talk about the service. The girl that used to take care of my therapy was nice, but you could definitely feel the tension between her and Cheryl the front desk worker. And the disrespect displayed by Dr. Franklin towards this girl was inappropriate in front of a patient. I found the treatments by Dr. Franklin to be mediocre at best. Some days there was a definite malodorous presence that was unexplained by the staff. It was like sewer gas or something. I just wasn't impressed with the overall service, so I stopped coming in. I just had to comment when I saw that Dr. Franklin was writing a review for himself, your not supposed to do that, read the google rules for business listings. more

Avoid this dishonest business and deceptive person. My sister used to work for Franklin and this is a simple warning. He is a very manipulative and dishonest man. It was common practice for Franklin to bully his employees and use fear and intimidation as his primary means of management. He is a very unhappy man that is intent on making everyone around him pay for his own low self esteem. He coerced several of his employees to write fake reviews online and he also writes fake reviews for himself. In addition he hired a company to write fake press releases and reviews to improve his results on google. His intent is to get patients in and immediately bill as much as he can in the first few visits. It is common to tell patients not to worry about their insurance and then if the insurance doesn?t pay the inflated bill, the patient will get a surprise bill in the mail. His methods used to manipulate patients into costly treatment plans are highly dubious. As a former patient commented in another online review, he takes x-rays inappropriately. He will force the head into a different position on the follow up x-rays to show an improvement that isn?t real. X-rays should be taken in the same position each time when comparing before and after treatment results. You don?t have to be a rocket scientist to know that. Anything else is apples and oranges and not a true comparison. I was treated in his offices a few times when my sister worked there and I have to say that he is mediocre to poor in his skills as a doctor at best. Premium price minimal service. more

I have been a patient of yours for years. I would not go to another chiropractor. After mentioning that fact to your front office, I was surprised to hear from your staff that you had a bad review on citysearch. After reading it, I realized something was wrong. Dr. Franklin has had the same staff for the last several years. Why would someone continue for years if they felt someone was doing them harm? Billing errors are easy to prove. I have been coming here for years and have liked all of the past doctors until now. He is doing more harm than good in my opinion. I also miss some of the staff that used to be here. Franklin never keeps the good ones. It is always the nasty ones that stay forever. Not to mention the shameful billing practices. I believe them to be incompetent at best and outright deceptive at the worst. The mistakes are painfully obvious to any normal person. Even when spelled out to them, they refused to acknowledge any error on their part and they kept sending past due notices. I?ve worked in banking and insurance all my life and have never seen this kind of behavior without someone getting fired or going to jail. more

I'm an athlete and had never been to a chriopractor. A friend suggested that it may help my lower back pain. What a difference! Thank you for your help and I will continue maintenance care. I sleep better and feel so much better after only two adjustments, I'm a believer! more

Deceptive billing practices have to be one of the most difficult things to deal with from a doctor's office. Double billing and billing for services not provided should never happen with an honest office. If it isn't bad enough that your in pain, they stick it to you right before Christmas. Bad, bad, shame on you. more
