He is doing more harm than good in my opinion. I also miss some of the staff that used to be here. Franklin never keeps the good ones. It is always the nasty ones that stay forever. Not to mention the shameful billing practices. I believe them to be incompetent at best and outright deceptive at the worst. The mistakes are painfully obvious to any normal person. Even when spelled out to them, they refused to acknowledge any error on their part and they kept sending past due notices. I?ve worked in banking and insurance all my life and have never seen this kind of behavior without someone getting fired or going to jail.
