I am a past patient of his clinic, so I can't speak directly on all of his office politics, but I can talk about the service. The girl that used to take care of my therapy was nice, but you could definitely feel the tension between her and Cheryl the front desk worker. And the disrespect displayed by Dr. Franklin towards this girl was inappropriate in front of a patient. I found the treatments by Dr. Franklin to be mediocre at best. Some days there was a definite malodorous presence that was unexplained by the staff. It was like sewer gas or something. I just wasn't impressed with the overall service, so I stopped coming in. I just had to comment when I saw that Dr. Franklin was writing a review for himself, your not supposed to do that, read the google rules for business listings.
