I found the car I wanted at Fowler Dodge after going to a different dealership. Fowler knew I had a difficult situation and had someone outside for me when I pulled up. New vehicle purchase 9/28/2013

After extensive shopping at various dealers my husband and I visited Fowler Dodge this evening. We were immediately greeted by Dustin. He was so eager and excited to help us. Out of all the dealerships we visited Dustin was by far the most knowledgeable salesman we encountered and has a genuine passion for vehicles. He began by thoroughly introducing us to the vehicle we were interested in and demonstrated all of its features. The negotiating process went quickly and Dustin was very honest and straightforward, there was no game playing. We were the last customers to leave after purchasing our new vehicle and we were leaving well after closing. At no point did Dustin rush us or make us feel like we were holding him up. Dustin had even attached balloons to the mirrors. He was just as excited as we were about the purchase. He took the extra steps and made us feel so happy. He set up our phones and made sure we were comfortable with all of the navigation and radio features of the vehicle. I cannot sing enough praises to Dustin. He has so many wonderful qualities. It is too bad the world does not have more Dustin's. Also many thanks to David Victory. He made the financing part of the vehicle purchase pleasant and he also put in a long day by the time all was finished. One of the best care experiences I've ever had 9/27/2013

The people at Fowler Dodge were very expeditious in getting my car ready and paperwork done. They're very easy to deal with and they have a great service department. My van has been in the service department for 3 months while the technicians having been trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. Never received any phone calls giving me updates on the car and when I called and left messages NEVER received a return phone call. When I finally have to drive to the city and check on my van in person was told it was being worked on and they were waiting on Chrysler to tell them what to do, and they didn't think it would be much longer. It was another month and never received phone calls again on the van, then after three months they call and said it needed a $700. fuel pump (took three months to figure out it needed a fuel pump). The customer service sucks big time and am very disappointed with my whole experience with Fowler Dodge ( have bought several cars at Fowler Toyota and was very happy there) i am sure this will be my last time to ever go to Fowler Dodge once I have my van back. more

Fowler Dodge just takes really good care of us. If anything was wrong, they did everything they could to get that issue resolved. We bought our first vehicle from them in 2003 and we've bought two other vehicles from them since. My kids love to go because they have free Icees. The service shop is really efficient and they always take care of you. Whenever we have had a vehicle in the shop, they have given us a rental. If they didn't have one that was comparable, they rented one from Enterprise. They go the extra mile to care of us as a family. Not good. 8/26/2013

My wife and I recently purchased a car from Fowler Dodge. My overall experience was not good. Although the salesman was great, the sales manager and finance people were not. I'm still having issues with the car because they were supposed to balance all four tires. Once they supposedly did, the car ran rougher than it did before I took it in. I also asked them to change the spark plugs and then to return the old spark plugs to me after they've changed them. When I came back to pick up my car, they claimed that they had thrown the plugs away, so I'm not even sure if they changed them at all. They should have been more transparent with us about what services were being done to the car. I also did not like the way the finance representative tried to give me a higher interest rate than what I should have been getting. Then, they kept pushing for gap coverage, even though I knew I didn't need that. I asked them not to include it in my contract, but they did anyway. Now I have to work further with the finance representative to fix this. They knew what they were doing to me, and I knew I was being hustled. Other unsuspecting customers might run into the same thing that my wife and I did. Go somewhere else. I have bought many vehicles over the years and must say Dustin and the management team at Fowler went above and beyond for me and my family. From just being nice to actually making sure my daughters folding wheelchair fit in the trunk of my New Dodge Charger! Dustin was so nice and helpful through the whole process. TOM KING WAS OUTSTANDING! 8/6/2013

Tom King was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. He was so kind and patient with us. He never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy. He asked us what he could do to earn our business. His patience with us and the deal that Fowler Dodge offered is what made us decide to do business with them rather than 1 of the 7 dealerships we had been to over the previous week. He went above and beyond what we expected when buying a used car. I got a 2010 Jeep Commander and traded in my 2008 Mustang GT. The trade in value was higher than other dealerships offered me. The price of the Jeep was reasonable. I am saving nearly $150 a month now. He has made this process quick and easy. He has been doing this for many years and he knows how to give an amazing customer experience. I not only recommend that you do business with Fowler Dodge, but that you specifically do business with Tom King. It just blew my mind what an amazing worker he is. I had a good experience with Fowler Dodge. They were very helpful and were really friendly. There was a a slight problem with the vehicle after I purchased it but they fixed it right away and gave me a rental so it was a great experience. Mr. Brand or Salesman went above and beyond for my husband and I last night... we showed up close to closing time and we were never rushed or hurried felt very welcomed.... We ended up purchasing 2 bran new vehicles, we do not have perfect credit and they got us approved for a great rate and terms! Everything was simple and professional . Fowler Dodge is great, this is the first time I dealt with them and I felt welcomed the whole way. I wasn't rushed or pushed, they were willing to help me and let me choose what was done to my vehicle. There was no pressure and it was a very fast process. My salesperson at Fowler Dodge, his name was John, I believe, was excellent. I liked that guy. My only issue was that there was a lot of back and forth. The sales guy needed to talk to the finance guy. I think the finance guy should do a little face to face. You want to interact with the person you are doing business with, not have him as the guy behind the curtain. We waited forever for the financing, but other than that it was good. No problems. Bait & Switch experts 7/6/2013

I was looking at a new 2012 Rubicon on line, the online sales staff quoted me a price of $24,600, and even though I could not find it on their website, I was assured that it was there and the quote price was what they would sell it to me for. When I got to the lot the sales staff did not have that vehicle on the lot and I started to leave and I should have, but, was offered a 2013 with hard top and large tires for $24,339 and signed paperwork to that effect. It took them a whole month to get me the paperwork, and I did not get copies of the paperwork that I signed and I only got a copy of a pink slip that had not been filled out at the time of the sale and it was filled out with the starting price of $28,240. This dealership does not honor it's word or deals I would not do any more business with them nor would I recommend anyone else do business with them. more

Great Experience 5/31/2013

The overall experience while making this purchase was fairly painless. The worst part is always the back-and-forth game regarding price and that could always be improved, but that experience this time was a little better than previous experiences. It was a very pleasant experience. 5/31/2013

They greeted us when we first arrived, but didn't overwhelm us. They invited us in and found out what we needed. We were referred to them, so there was a certain person we were looking for. They immediately let him know and got us to somewhere to wait while he finished up. They made us comfortable and gave us refreshments. As soon as the gentleman was free, he came to us and helped us out with what we were looking for. They met all my expectations. He found a good deal for us, and we came to an agreement. We signed the paperwork and paid what we had discussed. The car was immaculate when we got it, everything was looking good. As long as I've been buying cars I haven't had a dealership go that far out for me. I was very impressed with the service and have already recommended them to others. We are already planning on going back when we get our next car. more

Very satisfied with Fowler. 5/16/2013

I went in and traded off a 2012 Dodge Journey I had bought. It had power seats, windows, Sirius radio, cruise control, the whole package, really. I traded it in for a 2013 Journey. When I got home I realized it didn't have power seats. My husband was upset, so he went back down to see if there was anything we could do about it. He told them the situation, and how he needs power seats because he has back problems. They told us to bring the new Journey back down, and they would either put power seats in or find us a new one with power seats. They couldn't put the power seats in the one we had, so they told us they would look around for one that did. They shopped around with other dealers and found me a Journey with power seats. When I had bought the 2012, I had settled for black because there were no red ones in stock. This time, they still didn't have red so I took the blue one. While they were looking, I mentioned I had wanted something in red from the beginning. When they found the new one with power seats, it was also red. I was ecstatic about that. They went out of their way to please us, and made sure we were 100 satisfied. They didn't charge us extra, they sold it to me for the price I paid for the blue Journey.
