Review content:
My van has been in the service department for 3 months while the technicians having been trying to figure out what is wrong with my car. Never received any phone calls giving me updates on the car and when I called and left messages NEVER received a return phone call. When I finally have to drive to the city and check on my van in person was told it was being worked on and they were waiting on Chrysler to tell them what to do, and they didn't think it would be much longer. It was another month and never received phone calls again on the van, then after three months they call and said it needed a $700. fuel pump (took three months to figure out it needed a fuel pump). The customer service sucks big time and am very disappointed with my whole experience with Fowler Dodge ( have bought several cars at Fowler Toyota and was very happy there) i am sure this will be my last time to ever go to Fowler Dodge once I have my van back.
