I am so grateful that this business is here. I brought my cat in thinking she had something stuck in her throat and found out she had asthma. They were kind, understanding and very patient with me and my cat. Everything was explained to me so I truly understood what was going on. This was something that wasn't in the budget but compared to the prices of other vets, I was very pleased. In this economy it's hard to make ends meet, let alone have something around for unexpected happenings. \r They don't take appointments so I was able to just walk in. I had to wait a bit but it was so worth it. \r I just can't say enough good things about this place. more

have never been treated with such direspect. employee at front desk was in another world.dr. then spitefully prescribed four antibiotics for my pet without waiting for test results to be confirmed.charged outrageous fee,then berated me for her employees lack of skill and knowledge.have been a loyal customer since july 2000.have continuously donated newspapers,toys,fooddishes,blankets.towels,washcloths,and money to this clinic.i collect items from friends,family and yardsales throughout the year to give to this clinic. this past wed. i took my pet in for treatment of lumps found on his back.christine was asking questions at the onset of check in when she abruptly answered an incoming call then repeated back to me that my pet had lumps on his chest.i told her they were on his back and that i needed to leave him and go to school,that i would pick him up later.she said they close at 1:00 and reopen @ 3:00. inreality they close @12:00 and reopen@8:00 on thursday. she then asked if i was goi more

I notice my review was erased today.... I didn't even get to finish reading the response that was made ... the part of the response that I did read was about "care" ~ not about your charges. My review was about charges that I felt were not handled properly.... I am, and have always been very satisfied with your care of my animals. But your demands for "pay now" or "set up charge with this other company" policy has always left us waiting to have our animals taken care of or cut us short for our family's budget in other areas because costs are so expensive. We understand why most people do not have animals. Nonetheless, we do. And, we do consider you good vets - so much so that we will see you again this next week... with my cash in hand! ;-) Thanks! more

Foothills Animal Clinic is the greatest. Dr. Marais and staff are great. All my pets go to this clinic. I have used others in the county but have found that Foothills is truly dedicated to the well being of the animal. The CARE about the pet, it isn't just a business. You can truly know the Dr. Marais is concerned with the well being of your pet, and he will take the time to explain things to you. more

Dr. Marias and his staff are very caring and compassionate. When I lived out of the area I would always drive back if my pets needed surgery. Dr. Marias is a top notch veterinarian. We are privileged to have him here to treat our pets. more
