I notice my review was erased today.... I didn't even get to finish reading the response that was made ... the part of the response that I did read was about "care" ~ not about your charges. My review was about charges that I felt were not handled properly.... I am, and have always been very satisfied with your care of my animals. But your demands for "pay now" or "set up charge with this other company" policy has always left us waiting to have our animals taken care of or cut us short for our family's budget in other areas because costs are so expensive. We understand why most people do not have animals. Nonetheless, we do. And, we do consider you good vets - so much so that we will see you again this next week... with my cash in hand! ;-) Thanks!
